The current plan that is necessary for me to improve my potential in this industry is to increase and upgrade my practical skills in Information Systems such as programming for instance. To ensure this improvement can happen, I would need to let out time for me to practice these practical skills.
To be excel in the industry, I would also need to improve my soft and hard skills especially when it comes to skills that will help in interacting with other people. My plan for this is to practice these skills everyday, build up courage and confidence in public by talking to friends and even strangers.
