POSITION/ROLE
My position in this program is as a committee member incharge of the attendance of participants(google form) and copywriting for poster.
MINI REPORT
The programme where I was the committee member called as WORKSHOP: GRADE ‘A+’ Visume that was held on 28 December 2021. This online program was held from 2.00pm to 4:30pm. In short, this session was organized by STRATEGI CLUB through online platform which is by Cisco Webex.Next . I would like to explain the content of this programme.This program implement in the form of talks and workshops. As we know, interview skills are important for freshgraduate to seeking a job and video resume is also one of important element that we need during an interview. By run this program it will help students to prepare for their future profession wheres students will be taught on how to create good and quality video resume and expose to them the skills needed during the interview. This workshop or talks that also known as WORKSHOP : GRADE ‘A+’ VISUME is an educational programme that essential for student as preparation for their future profession. Therefore, this program is to help students show better performance during job interviews and the process of seeking a job. The graduate attributes that focused on the programme were Teamworking skills, communication skills, thinking skills. These skills were really would have gained by the students.
SELF REFLECTION
From this programme, which is WORKSHOP: GRADE ‘A+’ Visume , I learned alot of things and gained new knowledge. Most importantly, this programme’s objectives were achieved.The objectives are expose to all management students on how to become a fresh graduate that employers seeking for, to provide tips for initial preparation for a job interview, encourage and develop students skills for a job interview and gain knowledge regarding how to create a good resume that help student for their future profession.This programme helped me to develop my communication skills as the speaker explain clearly the way and tips on how we should portray ourselves in the video resume. I also got the opportunity to ask the speaker about the tips on how to do the best video resume and the speaker also provided templates regarding video resume . Last but not least, it was a good sharing session as I know the importance of video resume.
