This activity is called Sport and Healthcare Talk : Sport for Healthy Lifestyles. This activity is a talk about a healthy lifestyle. The speaker is an athlete and also alumni of UTM. She shares tips on how to eat healthily. Firstly, she shares her experience of being an athlete. Then, she shares what she eat and do to maintain her body. She also talks about how to manage time as a student to have time to do outdoor activities. As a student, we cannot just stay at a hostel and study only, we need to exercise to make sure our body is healthy. From this talk, I learned how to stay healthy even you are a student.

Self Reflection

From this talk, I learned how to live in a healthy way. As a student, I learned how to manage time and do some exercise to make sure our body is healthy. It was a good tip from the speaker that we need to exercise at least 20 minutes a day to stay healthy. This tip is very helpful especially during this pandemic where we have an online class. Online classes make us stay seated for a long time, so in order to avoid back pain, we can do a simple exercise. Eat healthily is also important because we need enough nutrition throughout the day.
