Mini Report
The webinar of the program "Role of HRD in Ethics and Social Responsibility" could let all participants understand the HR insight, especially the students who study the courses of HR. As a marketing student, I joined this webinar to learn about HR insight and academic information. The graduated attribute in this webinar is focused on thinking skills that allow students to think creatively, expand on and discuss ideas, and think holistically and systematically. At the webinar's start, the instructor tells all participants about the mainframe: personal experience in HR and knowledge sharing how to work in the future. The instructor also discusses the academic information for the HR insight, such as HR Professionals, HR professional ethics, etc. After that, all participants are given chances to have an interactive chat with the instructor. Participants are free to ask the academic question that is related to HR insight. After interaction chat, it also has a leisure discussion between participants, and all participants can share their opinion in chatbox and debate with others participation. In short, I can learn thinking skills in this program.
Self-reflection
For self-reflection of this event, the impact of this activity on the development of the student's graduate attributes is to strengthen students' thinking skills in HR insight. As a marketing student, I only have shallow academic information about HR insight. After joining the webinar and profound explanation from the instructor, I can understand HR insight and the ability to think creatively to imagine how HR insight can influence the marketer. Apart from that, I also can expand on and discuss ideas in the chatbox with other participants. It develops my thinking skills when joining the webinar. The advantage of the activities is I gained a lot of academic knowledge in HR insight and reinforced my thinking skills to think critically. As a successful marketer in the future, I need to know how HR will influence the company. So, the information given by the instructor is crucial for me. The challenge that I face in this program is I can't fully understand the terminology in HR insight. It shows some terms that I can't understand in the webinar, and I feel overshoot when I realize this. Fortunately, the instructor always has a profound explanation about the term that I confuse. Apart from that, I also ask the help from "Google '' when I twist the academic information in the webinar.
