The purpose of this webinar is to raise undergraduates' awareness of the importance of comprehensive cooperation to prevent drug abuse, which is becoming more common among Malaysian teenagers. In addition, this webinar is to describe in detail the punishment and prevention of drugs. In case I participated in this webinar and wish to learn some new knowledge and information about curbing drug crime.  The graduate attribute focuses on the global citizen, which is the ability to keep updated with current issues, act ethically in making decisions and interacting with the community, act professionally and responsibly in carrying out duties, and practice and prioritize sustainability principles in making decisions.  This webinar was given information on widespread drug abuse in society so all participants could understand this current issue.  In this case, everyone plays an essential role in preventing widespread drug abuse in the community.  Participation can also improve the ethics of making decisions because the instructor has clearly described and explained the punishment measures after people commit drug crimes. More people are afraid and do not dare to commit drug crimes.  Besides, self-discipline can also be improved through this webinar. All participants will understand and be aware of the drug prevention methods, regulating their behavior to avoid being involved in drug crimes.  After that, all participants are given chances to have an interactive chat with the instructor.  Participants are free to ask questions during the webinar in order to get more knowledge about drug crimes. In short, all participants can enhance their understanding of the social harm of drug crimes and support the government's efforts to achieve the 2025 Controlled Drugs target.

Self-reflection

After attending this program, “Drug-related crimes and Undergraduates: Punishment and Prevention,” via Facebook live, I had learned the graduated attitudes of global citizens, which are to be responsible to society, ethics in making decisions, and self-discipline. As a participant in this webinar, I can understand the importance of personal responsibility in society.  We need to fulfill our duties through rational thinking before we do something that will harm society. Therefore, personal responsibility is also fundamental for us to prevent ourselves from getting involved in drug crimes. Apart from that, I understand that ethical behavior and ethical decisions are also crucial in our life. Otherwise, we will harm the society and family around us.  Apart from that, a deeper understanding of the current issues can also help me distinguish whether things are good or bad and warn all participants of the evils of drug crime. In addition, self-discipline is also an essential skill that I learned in the webinar.  When we understand the consequences after committing into drug crime, which has severe punishment, people will be aware of the crime.

Therefore, I will always control myself to avoid any unhealthy excess behavior that may lead to negative consequences.  The challenge that I met after joining this program is I realize that not most people are taking this issue seriously, including my family.  They are not very interested in this kind of speech and webinar.  Based on my opinion, I think that this event is beneficial and wish to promote it to all people around me.  In case I successfully introduce this webinar to them after my few days disturb from social media.  I always post the related information on my social media, such as Facebook and Instagram, and send the FB record live to my close friends.  Finally, they have a better understanding of these issues.
