During this event, students and attendees were exposed to professional development after graduating. Some of it includes Internships and jobs application. Through Q&A sessions with invited panelists, this program also helps students improve their communication abilities.
This event that was organized by PERSAKA on 15/4/2023 at N28a was aimed to inspire students in their career ambitions and give them useful insights into prospective employment responsibilities.
Self reflection :
During the event of Compfair'23, I have learnt about how far I need to learn to be able to be a functional member of the programming society. While learning in depth detail about my future job scope, I met many future employer with possible interest in the same subject and mindset as mine .To further develop my connection, I manage to express myself favorably to them and learn more on what I need to improve to impress them better. Lastly, I learn to succeed in this field, out of classroom lesson and knowledge are needed to develop my uniqueness to market myself.

The programme ENGAGEMENT WITH PRINCIPAL AND COUNCIL OF FELLOWS OF KTDI 21/22 is conducted by Jawatankuasa Kolej Mahasiswa Kolej Tun Dr Ismail, as a welcoming ceremony for new students. They offer informational talks, sharing session and active engagement with the viewers, providing them with positive insight of their future university lives and residential in KTDI.
Self reflection :
This programme provide the information I need to prepare myself mentally to engage in the university life. the information provided on residential collage and its activity attract my interest and help me plan what to do outside of studying. Furthermore, the session was interactive as a lot of question I have regarding residential collage is answered and are provided with future guidelines to ensure my stay on KTDI collage. Lastly, I am very glad to have joined this event as it feature some future opportunity to be involved in future leadership activities, which will greatly build my personality and character.

The programme CompFair 2021 was held from 23 November to 26 November 2021 via online. There are a lot of activities and session being held which are very beneficial for us to have a look. PERSAKA also ensure that all activities being held are engaging for us, making it a lot more informational and productive while being a very good medium to meet and greet some industry and UTM expert.
Self reflection :
All the event held has shown me a lot of future career path as this is my first time engaging in the computing field. There we're a lot of information and guidelines I can acquire, and a lot of the question I've been meaning to ask is finally resolved, allowing me to properly draw my future career map which help me to decide what is my next course of action shall be.

The programme CompFair 2021 was held from 23 November to 26 November 2021 via online, and one of the session featured is Mental Health Talk with Dr Zulfikar bin Ahmad. In this session, I was the moderator for the talk and responsible to become an intermediatory between the speaker and viewer and also part of the committee for the session.
Self reflection :
During the preparation for the session , I learned a lot about how to effectively control the flow of conversation and topic to ensure smooth progress on the day of the event, which greatly enhance my communication skills. Another thing I learned during the preparation phase is how to function as a team, mainly understanding the orders given and act accordingly, providing assistance and opinion while actively engaging with the team. During the session, I learned how to adapt to last minute changes proficiently while ensuring the talk still going, which requires me to think critically on how to manage the stages, greatly enhance my adaptability and thinking skills.
SECI2143, Probability and Statistical Data Analysis, for me, is a subjects that helps me build an understanding on what makes the basic of a data engineer, which is data analysis itself, this is because, most of the time, data analysis is a process that is complex and require a lot of skills to interpret the message behind the big bunch of value give to us. This course helps me focus on finding the best way to find the meaning behind the data given through sets of skills provided, including data collecting and inferential analysis. Most may find all this courses as tiring, but I do enjoy this type of lesson more compared to computer related subject, most probably because I do not have any background in computer science and I enjoy calculation more than computer theory.
From the assessment perspective, this course has quite a lot of task needed to be done in groups, and thankfully, my team member consist of highly functional and intelligent people. Most of the assignment are relatively challenging but still doable, but the project is another story. There are 2 project that we are required to be done in this course, where the first one consist of data gathering and analyzing the data through descriptive statistic, where we interpret data using visual method, such as graphical representations including chart and graph. On the other hand, for project 2, we indulge more on the practicality of inferential statistic, which require us to perform hypothesis testing, correlation and regression test and other test such as chi square and ANOVA. This project does test our understanding on the lesson since we need to search for a dataset ourselves, and it has been fun to explore how to conduct these tests using statistical tools which is R programming. From this 2 project, I have learnt a lot about how to properly select or gather a dataset, clean it and ensure that it is usable and can be interpret. other than that, I do learn more on people management skills as I learn more about my teammates, since they are also packed with their own schedule, we begin to interact more and divide the task equally so that we may complete it on the due date. If any member face any problem, everyone will lend a hand.
Finally, I do wish to say thank you very much to my lecturer, Dr Nor Azizah Ali for teaching me this subject for this semester, and I wish to apologize for all my shortcoming while I was under your guidance.
