Reflection: Monsoon Sim Game

This game is great for beginners who want to study business, especially for us students majoring in business, this really helps me in learning the concept of business from this game. This game is very structured and includes many lessons so from this one game we can learn a whole business lesson. starting from how the team works, how to manage finances, how to buy retail, manage warehouse loads, and many other things.

My challenge in playing this game is when I manage finances to buy goods when managing my finances I am afraid to spend money in the wrong way, and also my inability to play serious games, because usually the game is fun but this time it's a bit different, we will focus more on the challenges in this game and the other challenge is also check everything in one day starting from purchasing info, employee Info, and how much daily marketing costs we spend

I think this game is already very good but maybe what can be improved in this game is the function of each module must be explained in this game so that there is no need for a supervisor to play the game and the appearance can be much better if more interesting

but in my opinion, what has to be improved is the way I play this game, the way I improve the game is to play it often, and understand the modules in this game such as Finance, Retail, Procurement, Marketing, Warehouse & Logistics, B2B Wholesales, Production, Maintenance, Human Resource, and Service Management as well as understanding every detail contained in games like Transport, B2B, Production, Maintenance, Service calls so it makes it easier for me to manage the business. I will also study it through the material in books or on the internet

I studied marketing lessons on how the concept of marketing, how to see the level of market sales, how we have to buy goods and their quantity, how to adjust the warehouse and the number of goods, how to set prices if an item sells or not in different cities, and the number of suppliers. here I also studied accounting lessons, namely about cash on hand, purchases, cash deposits, and others. Initially, I was just calculating the value in accounting lessons I did not understand what money I was calculating, and after playing this game I knew where the money was coming from and what we use it for, and I studied economics about the ups and downs of the price of goods if there are many goods. and if there is a lot of demand, the price will go down, but if the goods are few and there is a lot of demand, the price of the goods will increase, and if the goods do not sell the price will be lowered
