The fast-changing world especially in terms of technology had made a significant impact to the change of the assessment process for a job recruitment today. The Covid-19 pandemic had made most of the job recruiter to shift their way of selecting potential candidates into another level. Video CV is a common method of assessment that had been used recently. In this assignment, we had been asked to make a CV video to sell ourselves and attract our future employer.
