Reflection
In this eSport competition, I have gained many new experiences being as on technical and logistics team. I have conducted the livestream for four live “PUBG” games that took part by 64 players in total. In completing this task, I have undergone many challenges such as dissatisfaction by the participants and supporter’s side and technical difficulties during streaming. This problem requires my team to be more teamworking while adapting to the demands that all the participants needed. The problem also requires me to think critically to solve the problems that arise during the livestream and competition allowing for a smooth experience for the participants. Alhamdulillah, my team had overcome the problems by teamworking both of the committee’s side and the participant’s side. I personally thought that I have made enough preparation for the smoothness in the technical and logistics part of the competition, but I was proved wrong. There are lots of grey area that I had missed during my preparation that causes the rise of the problems. It is important that I spend more time in planning the technical tasks and think more about the problems that can arise during the competition on the technical side.
