The major challenge during the programme was selecting the right online quiz platform to conduct the event since most of the quiz platforms require paid services to cater a large crowd of participants. But this experience has greatly boosted my agility on how I could solve conflicts and be able to clearly communicate my thoughts to them to be able to find a solution at the soonest.
