- Impact of the activities on the development of the students’ Graduate Attributes;
As I mentioned above, through this event. I get to improve my communication skills and adaptability again. I am the one who is in charge of approaching seniors who might be interested to give a talk. So I gained experience of the way to communicate with these people. Next, I get to improve my adaptability skill as this is my first time organise this kind of event.
- Self strength/advantage towards the activities;
Then, I think my strength and advantage which I have in this event is that I am a person who is good in technical skill and also has a good understanding on the latest technology topic. So, I can communicate with the seniors easily. And in this way, I am also able to help other committees in my club who are having a hard time communicating with the seniors they are approaching.
- Challenges and how to overcome them.
Lastly, I think the biggest challenge is my English writing skill. We communicate with these speakers through email. However, my English is quite poor, therefore I find myself having a hard time writing a proper email (in English). So, to prepare a good email, I will always ask another committee(who is good in English) to help me check my email before I send it.
