This program is so challenging yet so fun to handle. In addition to the current Covid-19 situation, we should change the entire program planning from the date, venue and tentative. However, with the good teamworking from all members, we manage to run the program smoothly. The process of giving and receiving information on this situation also might be challenging. However, it still enable us to improve our communication skills in this pandemic situation. Communication without face to face really need a good comprehension in order to smoothen the process of giving and receiving information. As the result, program could run smoothly on the event day.
By joining this program, exposure on handling cancer patient really interest me. The speaker of the program told us that we may be the bridge for the patient on their need. This is because, we may not be able to support them financially or their other need, but we could channel them to other source that could benefit them. This program giving so much knowledge that could be use in future. I may not know that may be one day I should deal with my family members or friends who are dealing with cancer. Thus, the information got from this program is very useful.
The challenges to run this program is basically on technical. Me and other exco really need to plan effective platform in order for the program to reach out many people. This is because, this program was initially plan to be held physically but since Covid-19 situation occur, we need to change the platform. However, we could manage this challenge by performing rehearsal on the platform to make sure everything is on track on the program day.
