In this program, I was given the opportunities to responsible for one of the activities in this program which is futsal. My main task is to manage the futsal match which will be joined by the students from UTM and also the local residents of the three villages involved which is Kampung Parit Marjunid, Kampung Parit Seraya and Kampung Parit Selangor. For your information, the futsal match is a friendly match that are aimed to improve and tighten the relationship between the students from UTM and the local residents of the villages. The other side tasks that I have to manage is to find and provide the equipments such as the ball, whistle and many more. From this activity, I've learned to communicate and handle my subordinates and also able to divide the tasks well.
