This is my first-time joining volunteering activities and it is so fun. I can release stress through joining this program. I’m able to make a new friend from other courses and tighten my relationship with the communities. Volunteering program are the great way to meet new people especially when we attend to a new place. I also can boost my self confidence to meet the peoples because I’m kind of introvert. So, after joining this program, I have some self confidence to talk with the people and make a friend. I gain some positive vibes and it makes me happy when we help people. At least we can contribute something to the community.
I learn some new skills through this program and this is an achievement to myself. I challenge myself to do something different and I’m able to discover my passion. I’m having a great time with my friends and community. I also get a few knowledges about the animals and it is true when we do something with the animals such as feeding them, it helps us to reduce our stress. It is happy when we doing something good and avoid us to get some mental health problems such as stress and anxiety. I enjoying with this volunteering program. For the next time, I will participate in others volunteering program.
