The program helps me to become braver to communicate with strangers. I am not the one who can easily make friends with others but as I have to form groups with other people to play the game, my communication skills improve a lot and I can overcome my shyness while confronting new people. For a long time I really had trouble talking in front of people and give my opinion. However while playing the game, all my group members have been really supportive and listen very well to our opinion. So it really helps me to overcome my shyness and improve my communication skills.
I played explorace a lot in high school and I saw many variety shows during my free time and fortunately most of the games that I had to complete were the common game that I saw in the variety shows and even I had played some of them before. So it is really easy for me to understand the games’ regulations and I think it is an advantage for me as well as my group members.
One of the challenges during the program is that the weather is so hot and the sun is directly above my head and the checkpoints are located in different places that are far from each other. I find it really challenging to keep on playing games under the blazing sun without losing my temper and mood to play the game. Not to forget that I can easily get a headache if being exposed to the sun for a long time. To overcome this challenge, I drink a lot of water and sit under the shade every time I have the opportunities to do so. I also used my portable hand fan so that the hot sun will not affect me much.
