Continue on study of procedure making Design Modification before making the mod to the respective helicopter or aircraft. The next step for the procedure is making Compliance Checklist document. It contains Introduction, Certificate Basis, Mean of compliance, and the Compliance checklist. It is used to make sure the mod are design according to the act and regulation that have been followed from CAAM. It includes compliance for Loads, Factor of Safety, Strength and Deformation,and many more compliance needed to be approved. 

Continue on studying the past project on the procedure before making a modification. Know a lot more example of minor project. it includes ;

• Simple one like making an aircraft marking on helicopter or aircraft.
• Making bilingual exit sign on both entrance door.
• design a placard and aircraft logo for the helicopter or aircraft. 

Continue on studying past project made by Mycopter Aviation Design department. Next step of the procedure to design Modification is through a Modification Documents (ModDoc). It is basically a manual or a verification before making a modification. It includes Planning information,Accomplishment instruction, and Material information. For the planning information, it contains things like effectivity, classification, reason, description, compliance and all the importance thing before making the modification. In accomplishment it includes, preparation, and instruction on mechanical installation, electrical installation and final instruction installation. For the Material information, it talked about the new parts, replacement part, and for the re-identified parts. 

Making a progress on studying past project by studying the procedure on Design Modification for past project by the company. Next procedure will be the Structural Justification Report. It is used to justify the modification that want to be made and making sure it safe for operation based on the act and the regulation created by CAAM. It contains several section or procedure.

The design engineer will go one by one for the procedure. For the Introduction it basically describes what is the modification and things that want to be investigate.

Continue on researching on the company past project for Design and Modification department. For the last section of the project that is Structural Justification Report, the objective of the report is to present analysis to demonstrate compliance with requirement of applicable regulations for the following design and modification. In the objective section it includes, safety factors, fitting factor, equipment used, mechanical properties and design data, fabricated parts and load case. Each of the section is simply brief about the respective  topic. The included section is based on the design and  modification made for the respective aircraft or helicopter.
