Mini Report

I was appointed as Treasurer in this programme. My responsibilities include handling participant registration forms and collaborating on the management of a WhatsApp group with participants and speakers. I feel that this programme will have a significant influence on students, particularly those who will be pursuing industrial training in the future. This program guide students to provide exposure for the students the real idea of what it takes for career development, gives handy information and techniques for students and future graduate to excel in the interview and to prepare the students with the fundamental skill of interview communication when dealing with any interviews in the future. One of the challenges is that this is our first online programme under the ChemPro student society since the government imposed the restricted movement order. Overall, the programme went according to plan and gives me better idea in preparing for future interview.

Self Reflection

In my freshman year, this was one of the programmes that I was in charge of with a lot of responsibility. This program gives a clear picture how myself in future will face job's interview. I've enhanced my ability to prepare for various stages of an interview, such as before, during, and after the interview. The speaker also provides extra information and instructions for constructing a résumé, which was quite helpful to me. As treasurer, this programme teaches me how to interact with the committee so that the programme runs well. Furthermore, because I have a major position, it motivates me to work harder. Furthermore, we, the program's committee, are proud of our ability to manage the first online programme under the ChemPro student society club.
